At Align Adolescent Recovery, we provide clinically sophisticated, relationship-driven treatment and community for young men in grades 9-12 facing struggles with mental health, academic trauma and challenges, substance use, and process addictions such as social media, video games, phones, etc.

Finding You rests on the premise that the relationship you have with yourself, through the exploration of your emotional history, forms the basis for all your relationships. Grounded in attachment theory and rooted in the latest evidence-based practices, Finding You offers experiential programs to help you get unstuck, find more peace, and develop greater clarity.

Elements Programs

Elements is a specialized, short-term, therapeutic program designed to support adolescent boys and their families. Set in the stunning landscape of south-central Utah, our program combines nature, adventure, and therapy to develop new skills, cultivate resilience, and promote healing and growth.

Legacy Outdoor Adventures is a leading residential treatment center for adults aged 18 to 40 facing mental health challenges such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. We offer a blend of traditional therapeutic methods and innovative, evidence-based treatments.

Sierra Sage Treatment Center provides residential treatment for young women in a safe, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training, and a normalized high school experience, we equip them to overcome abuse, trauma, substance abuse, and mental illness, empowering healthy choices for their futures.

Spark Academy

Spark Academy is not your typical residential treatment center; it's a specialized environment that feels more like a therapeutic boarding school exclusively designed for neurodiverse teenagers. Our students, aged 13 to 18, embark on a transformative journey that spans approximately a year, equipping them with the essential skills needed for success in the real world.

Beth Hillman is a parent coach and mother of five. After navigating her son’s return from wilderness therapy, she turned her experience into a mission to support families. She brings a rare combination of empathy and lived experience, helping parents navigate conflict, repair relationships, and build stronger connections.
