What is a hobby or interest you have? Training horses, corn hole, traveling with my family

Though I am a marriage and family therapist by training, I have always been most interested in organizations large and small and how to make them function better. Couples and families are the smallest organization, but by far have the most impact on individual success, so it has been a dream come true to work in the homes of families over the last 18 years. I am inspired every day by what parents are willing to do for their children.
