Michele Blumenthal

Michele Blumenthal is founder and owner of M3: Mind and Motion with Michele. She is a born and raised native of Columbus, Ohio (and graduate of THE Ohio State University), until just last year when Michele picked up and moved to the small town of Jacksonville, North Carolina at the age of 52 to reset, restart, and renew herself.

Michele is mom to Arrie (22) who is still in Columbus, Ohio and a merchandiser from Abercrombie and Zach (16), her qualifier, who is in Tucson, Arizona finishing his senior year of high school while living in In Balance’s Sober Living community.

Michele took her work as a fitness and nutrition coach to the virtual platform and it’s here that she realized the crucial role self-awareness plays in both physical and emotional health. This insight inspired her to become a mindset coach, where she now applies the skills and knowledge she’s gained to help others identify and improve their behavior patterns. By applying these techniques, she guides her clients through their own pivotal processes. The growth she’s experienced through her training has been truly profound, and she’s thrilled to continue exploring this work. As a certified NeuroLinguistic Programming practitioner, Time Therapy practitioner, and Hypnotherapist, she’s here to support clients on their path to wellness.
