Katie Cole

Katie Cole is the Head of School at Fusion Academy in Morristown, New Jersey. Originally from California, she moved east to attend Smith College, where she earned her BA in Elementary Education, and has since embraced life on the East Coast. Katie is guided by a deep belief that every child can learn and deserves a champion. She is passionate about customized education plans. Katie works closely with teachers and families to create dynamic learning experiences that help students reach their full potential. She is also the proud mom of three daughters, diverse learners who have been her greatest teachers.
