Eric Fawson
Eric Fawson has been a therapist since 2005 and is currently the Clinical Director of Elements Outdoor Programs. With deep expertise in family systems and attachment trauma, his work also includes treating mood disorders, substance use, and other addictive behaviors. Adopted at birth and a parent of an adopted child, Eric brings lived experience to his work with adoptive families. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast shaped by his Hawaiian upbringing, he integrates nature, connection, and compassion into his clinical approach.
