Colin MacDonald

Colin is a “former troubled teens” who spent his last two years of high school in wilderness and residential treatment programs. Following a career in professional sports and tech, Colin followed his passion to helping young adults who has similar struggles to him. Based on his experience, him and Hayley Caddes, co-founded Not Therapy to provide coaching and mentorship for teens and young adults who feel like therapy hasn’t been the right fit or who are transitioning out of therapeutic programs back into the real world. As young people who have been in their clients’ shoes, their approach to mentorship is rooted in personal expertise.
