Beth Laughlin, MA

Beth Laughlin has been involved in counseling, education and administration in the mental health field for the past 40 years. After graduating from Stanford University with a BA in Psychology and then obtaining a Master’s in Counseling, she worked both nationally and internationally in various mental health settings. Having spent the early part of her career working in Therapeutic Boarding Schools, Beth witnessed, first-hand, the challenges clients had transitioning home and translating the skills they had learned in treatment. This led to Beth to launch the 360 Transitions program, now 16 years ago. Through Parent Coaching and Mentor support, 360 Transitions supports families across the country as their child transitions home from treatment. Prior to Beth’s career in behavioral health she had a career as an elite gymnast. Beth was a member of the U.S. Gymnastics Team for three years under the tutelage of coach, Bela Karolyi, and was the 1981 US National Champion. Now planted in New England, Beth enjoys hiking, traveling and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Will and son, Colton.
