Heather Ross

Heather Ross is a family recovery coach, podcast host, and entrepreneur with a background in corporate finance. She built a successful career as a controller until her daughter’s struggle with substance use led her to a new purpose.

Through extensive training in Invitation to Change and Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT), Heather helps parents navigate the challenges of their child’s substance use while encouraging a more compassionate and loving approach—both toward their child and themselves.

Her podcast, Living While Loving Your Child Through Addiction, reaches families worldwide, offering guidance and hope. That guidance is deeply rooted in her own experience as a mother, which continues to shape and inspire her work.

Through many trials, she has learned to embrace both vulnerability and courage as pathways to fulfillment. She delights in laughter as much as deep, contemplative conversations and enjoys nature, sound baths, time with her dogs, traveling, and making memories with family and friends.
