Josh Flaherty, LMSW

Josh is an avid outdoor enthusiast, a licensed clinician, and a partner of Adventure Recovery. As Executive Director, he is a key member of the leadership team, where he manages operations, staff supervision, strategic growth, and organizational development. Prior to his work in the mental health field, Josh spent 15 years as an executive in the entertainment industry. Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Tufts University and his Master of Social Work from Fordham University. His experience and contacts in the recovery community, the entertainment industry, and corporate America provide unique insight into his work with AR.
