Jack Hinman (He/Him) is the Founder and Executive Director of Engage Transitions, with over 20 years of experience in mental health and administrative services. His work has spanned various treatment settings, including hospitals, wilderness therapy, residential centers, and community mental health programs. Jack is a licensed clinical psychologist passionate about helping young adults transition to healthy, independent lives. His combination of clinical and administrative experience gives him a comprehensive view of the therapeutic journey. Jack’s clinical approach is grounded in attachment theory and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. He has also served on the board of directors for the National Association of Therapeutic Programs and runs a local private practice focused on young students. Jack enjoys living in Cedar City with his wife of 23 years and their two teenage children, and he is an avid mountain biker and coach for his son’s high school team.
